【ルームツアー】観葉植物とIKEA多めの2LDK賃貸アパート | 40代・2人暮らし | 100平米・家賃70万円 | アメリカ駐在 | インテリア紹介

This time I would like to do a room tour video, but it’s been 3 months since I moved into this apartment, and it’s almost over. The floor plan is 2 bedrooms. In Japan, the floor plan is like a 2LDK with two bathrooms. The area is approximately 100 square meters. The rent is about $5,000. In Japanese yen, it’s about 700,000 yen. Rent is high in America. First of all, I would like to introduce you to this living room. This will be the living room. The space is approximately 13 tatami mats in size. It’s a little smaller than my last house, but the ceiling height is about 270cm, so I think it feels more spacious and open than the numbers suggest. This house also doesn’t have a hole to attach lights to the ceiling, so we have a lot of indirect lighting in this living room , here and there . The air conditioner is built into the wall, so it’s inconvenient that you can’t adjust it for each room. You can go out onto the balcony from this window, so this space is open. Next, I would like to introduce you to what I have in my living room. First of all, this is a speaker called “Bang & Olufsen” A9. I really like the unique circular design and wooden legs. By the way, this cover is removable, so you can enjoy it by replacing it with a cover of another color. Next is the “JALG” TV stand. This was replaced when I moved. I like the simple design and walnut legs. It’s more stable than it looks, and I’m using a 75-inch TV, and it supports it well. You can also install shelves like this as an option, and you can choose the color and material. You can also attach a sound bar. And the side table was purchased from Urban Outfitters. It is made of ceramic and can be used outdoors. I put an art book on top of it, and it’s a “HAY” portable light. It is located here. I always edit videos here, and this work desk was purchased from TARGET. This office chair is from a brand called “HINOMI,” and we received it through a tie-up. Although it is a compact desk, it has two drawers, so I like that it has a lot of storage capacity. I also put an accessory tray on top of the desk to store it so it looks like this. And this is a rack with casters from IKEA’s “TESAMMANS” collection. This item is no longer on sale, but I have been contacted via DM several times asking if I could sell this item. I think it was a very popular item. Next is the MUJI system shelf. I have placed houseplants and other things I like on top of this, and although I have disassembled and reassembled it many times, it has not had any problems and is still in use. I think it’s really sturdy. And this is the familiar “DRAW A LINE” by Heian Shindo. It becomes a vertical tension rod. I really like it because it saves space and can hold a lot of things. Below this is a wooden bench made by Muji. And this is a sofa called “Siesta” from FLANNEL SOFA.Siesta means “nap”, but this part is designed to be like a pillow so that you can sleep comfortably when lying down. This is a one-seater sofa called the OSAKA chair by BoConcept , and it’s quite large. It’s quite large for one person, so it takes up a bit of space, but I like it because it’s very comfortable to sit on. The rest of the legs have a slightly unique design, and I like the gold color as well. Next is IKEA’s “DYVLINGE”. This was a huge hit last year, but now it’s back in stock and a new color, orange, has been released, so I think a lot of people already own it, and I really like the look and the flashy color. I think having one of these can really change the impression of a room. This table is a set of two, and is a collaboration item between GAP and Walmart. I don’t think it’s sold anymore. Also, this is an item that was not available in Japan. This table has storage underneath, so you can change the area of the table depending on the situation, making it very useful. This is actually a desk, but I burn incense on it, and there’s also a record player. I leave this here and enjoy music. I also have this robot vacuum cleaner in my living room, and it’s a set that includes a robot vacuum cleaner for floors and a handheld vacuum cleaner. You can also store parts like this here. I will also introduce other items I keep in my living room. This rug has short pile and is easy to care for. This is out of print, but I use it as a doormat in my living room. This is also a doormat. I like the cute two-tone blue color scheme. This is a very small rug that is easy to incorporate into any room. I decorated it recently. You can easily change the atmosphere of a room by decorating with posters. And I get a lot of questions about this red clock, but it’s a wall clock from IDEA International , a company I bought over 10 years ago that no longer exists . We also get a lot of questions about this watch, and it is a Google Assistant device. You can also control the lights and watch YouTube from here. Next, I would like to introduce the kitchen and entrance area. I always eat at this counter in the kitchen, and I bought this when I moved. It’s a counter chair that I bought at IKEA, but it’s probably an item that isn’t sold in Japan yet. It’s very light, durable and easy to use. There is a small part that supports my lower back, so it’s very comfortable to sit on, so I like it. Next, I will introduce you to the inside of the kitchen. First of all, this is a dishwasher. American dishwashers are large. It’s a 2-tier type like this and has quite a storage capacity. This is the same as in my last apartment, but the sink is quite small compared to the size of the kitchen, so it’s quite difficult to wash large frying pans. We have a new coffee maker here, which I’ll show you in the next video. Also, I think I’m introducing it on Instagram, so please check it out if you’d like. It’s amazing, it’s cool. This is a “FELLOW” electric kettle. It’s a cute design. This is my first gas stove in a while, I’ve only used IH so far, so it’s been a while since I’ve used gas, so it’s really nice. I think the firepower is different. Below this is the oven. This is also quite large in size. And it’s also equipped with a microwave. It’s very big, probably 1000W or 1200W, very powerful. Since it’s America, there’s also a popcorn button. Next to the stove is a soda stream machine that makes carbonated water. And the air fryer is an essential part of American life. Delonghi espresso machine. Also, it’s “STAN.” by Zojirushi. I am using a rice cooker. I use this with a transformer attached to the back. This kitchen partially uses glass tiles like this, so I think it’s a cute accent. A refrigerator is also provided, but it is quite large. It’s very convenient because you can dispense purified water and ice here. And around the entrance, I decided to display the art that was previously displayed in the living room here. American homes don’t have a space to take off your shoes like in Japan, so I always take them off in that area. Also, since we don’t have a shoe box in this house, I bought this on Amazon. This is a shoe rack that can be opened like this. On top of this, this is a supplement. Also, I bought this by mistake, but I thought it was hand soap, but it turned out to be disinfectant gel. Also, these cute animals are also displayed. Next, let me introduce you to the bedroom. I think the area is about 12 tatami mats. The bed is a queen size one. The bed cover I’m currently using was purchased from IKEA. What has changed since my last house is that I have placed art and ornamental plants to make the space more comfortable. This shelf was purchased at TARGET. I place books and decorate with houseplants. I recently put this up, and it has become a “TUDES” candle holder. This item is made of stainless steel and has a luxurious feel. This chair was purchased at IKEA. It has become my daily routine to sit here and read a book before going to bed. And this floor light was purchased at TARGET. Also, this wall clock was purchased at IKEA, but since it was an item from a long time ago, it may not be sold anymore. This house doesn’t have much storage, so I put a rack like this in my bedroom to store my clothes. This was purchased at TARGET. On this rack, I display things I like, such as accessories, perfume, and glasses. And there are closets on both sides. I would like to show you part of the inside of my closet, and it looks like this. It’s packed quite tightly. And I’ve introduced the closet on the other side before, but this part is the pillar. This is the only depth, so I use it as a hat closet. I purchased this part from Amazon. I think it’s okay to hold two or three hats on one hook. I am using it like this. Next, I would like to introduce you to the bathroom in the back. The bathroom connected to the new room has two bowls, so I can use it in the morning without having to fight with my partner even during busy hours. This is the bathtub, and this is the toilet. There is no storage behind the mirror like in Japan, so I use it to line up skin care items and other items. This is a storage area, and I keep some of my stock of towels and skin care items here. Opanchu hair band. There are also a lot of packs. I need to use it soon. I returned to the living room. Sorry, it’s been over 3 hours since I took the picture, so it’s a little dark. Behind this is a washing machine storage area and a second bathroom. The top is the dryer and the bottom is the washing machine. I had it replaced with a new one after I moved, so it’s very clean and comfortable to use. It has a huge capacity. It’s the latest model, but you still can’t adjust the amount of water, which is a bit inconvenient. American washing machines may look like this. There are various modes, but I don’t know how to use them all. And it’s the second bathroom, but it’s smaller than the previous bathroom. I don’t have a place to put it, so I keep a kickboard in the bathroom. I use this bathroom for things like drying laundry and watering my houseplants, so I don’t wash my body here. There is also storage here, where I keep some of my skin care items and medicines. And this is my partner’s work room. This is Yamazaki’s “tower” hanger rack. I bought this shelf at IKEA. It’s decorated with things your partner likes. This sofa was purchased from IKEA. We also have a projector, so we always project on the big screen here and enjoy movies, YouTube, etc. There’s also a closet here, but I can’t fit it all in, so I’ve already put my suitcases and other things outside. So, this is a room tour video. This may be my first and last time moving in America, but I would like to do a room tour video like this again when I move again or when the atmosphere of the room changes a little. If you have any questions about items that are not introduced this time, please feel free to ask in the comments section. So, thank you for watching until the end today.
